Jazmine Pace, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Apex-CRE, is responsible for all the company’s financial functions including, accounting, financial planning and analysis audit, treasury, corporate finance, investor relations, and legal matters. Her career spans over 12 years of varied experience in financial management and corporate strategy. Jazmine is also a skilled commercial litigation and business paralegal, managing a well-recognized and award-winning firm, Ostler Legal Advocates, PLLC serving as Apex’s legal counsel. Jazmine has earned a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Economics at Utah Valley University.
